Apprenticeship Training

All NOJAC apprentices must attend Accident Prevention Education Program (APEP), Working at Heights, WHMIS 2015/Global Harmonized System and HILTI safety training prior to being dispatched to work by the IBEW. A variety of additional safety courses are offered to NOJAC apprentices through the IBEW during their apprenticeship.

In addition to the practical training provided on the job under the direction of a skilled electrician, NOJAC apprentices must successfully complete three levels of schooling.
